Coffee so good, it stops trains! Just watch! Legitimately some of the best coffee I've had, plus service with a smile. I've also bought their locally harvested honey and it is fantastic. A+

Great coffee hot or iced, love the coffee ice cubes, super fast before the morning train. How they manage to be this friendly in such a short amount of time, we may never know. :) Treat yourself to a cup to enjoy on the Metra!

Great coffee, with even better service! It's a local spot in the Glen Ellyn Train Station where Craig, the owner knows you by name. Selections vary week by week to keep things interesting and even features baked goods from the local community. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up!!

Can't say enough about this gem near the tracks - makes every morning feel like the greatest day of my life. Craig (the owner) has simply nailed the trifecta of owning an amazing small business: 1) epic customer service, 2) superior products at a good price, and 3) frozen coffee balls! That's right, Craig is a zen master when it comes to his coffee brewin' skillz (#Metropolis brand). The hot stuff is insane, don't get me wrong. But next time you visit, make sure to ask for the coffee ice nuggets -- it'll change your entire outlook on the universe. Run, don't walk, to the Next Stop Coffeeshop in the Glen Ellyn Metra station. Growing up in Glen Ellyn, I definitely did not complain about a lack of chain coffee shops (Caribou, Starbucks). As I was walking through downtown a day ago, I realized that this "rustic" town definitely is missing its own little hole-in-the wall coffee stop. Next Stop Coffee Shop is not necessary a quaint establishment, but I like that it's the closest thing to a neighborhood coffee joint. You might be weary of it, because it's situated in the Metra Station. Fear not - no styrofoam cups and stale, watered-down coffee here! Next Stop served Metropolis coffee, a Chicagoan roaster so I appreciate the local support. I know this is now original but I liked that they served coffee ice cubes in the ice coffee drinks. They also set up 60s-style open suitcases that highlight the breakfast food selection and coffee condiments. I'm really grateful that I did not write it off when I first saw it nestled in the station. It definitely set me up well for my commute into the city.
